Pumpkin Pie Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (385 g)
2 teaspoons baking soda (10 g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g)
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (15 g)
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
3 cups white sugar (600 g)
1 cup vegetable oil (240 ml)
4 eggs
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree (450 ml)
1/2 cup water (120 ml)

First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans
In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.
In another large mixing bowl, beat together sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin. Blend in flour mixture alternately with water.
Pour batter evenly into the prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
For best flavor results, wrap pumpkin pie bread with plastic wrapper and store at room temperature for a full day before serving.
